Statement of Intents and Purposes

The Texas Defense Forces is committed to the total and complete protection of life, liberty and property of all sovereign Texian people regardless of their race, creed, religion or national origin from all enemies and terrorists, both foreign and domestic. The Texas Defense Forces provide enforcement of the orders of Texas Grand Juries and provide military backup for Texas Sheriffs and Constables when requested and duly authorized.

The Texas Defense Forces are Regular Military, NOT self-styled "militia groups", or a citizens' militia; and are no longer affiliated in any way, shape or form with the following: "Republic of Texas", "The Republic of Texas", "republic of Texas", "Republic of Texas Interim Government", "Republic of Texas Provisional Government", or any other variation thereof, operating outside of the sovereign jurisdiction of The republic State of Texas government sovereign. The TDF has, as of 13 August 2011, lawfully merged with the above sovereign civil government, "The republic State of Texas". Used in a sentence; "the republic State of Texas", or "republic State of Texas". Established by the First Estate (We the People) under the Authority of Law.
